it is a desktop robot in which all parts can be assembled by users easily at home or school, even students can make other types of robots like pets, spider robots, humanoids and they can realize their ideas. It’s a plug-and-play robot with a mainboard that a user can easily program it.
This is a working model of a wastewater treatment plant in small size (approximately a table-sized one) using experience in manufacturing robotic arms used by little students and children, hoping to attract the attention of authorities and officials to renovate the present system of water treatment.
This is a real RBS with all mechanisms, effectors, sensors, controllers, and power transmission systems but in small size. Force analyses and critical points could be studied and measured clearly. this is a portable RBS and we use this as a minimum viable product.
According to this model we managed to manufacture the robotic bar screen in real size in 2011 and I received a formal patent for inventing this bar screen from Iran’s patent organization in 2012 after all the academic formal processes involved. Having done various modifications on that in about 15 stages, I finally manufactured a more improved robotic bar screen and delivered 5 of them to the” Engineering company of sewage” of Iran to be used in wastewater treatment plants and there they have been of an acceptable operation till now. It should be mentioned here that this invention was entitled as the” prior product of wastewater industry” in the annual festival industry in 2014.
